In 1940s this outlet was opened and was named as Chidambaram mess. At those time Mr.Chidambaram used to grind batter for idly, dosa and vada the previous evening and serve cooked food the next day. He was the one to introduce idly, dosa and South Indian foods to Delhi. The workers liked the taste and there used to be huge crowd all over the day.

“DO NOT MISS the Chef’s Special Rava Dosa. It comes with a papadam, dahi chaat, rasam and buttermilk. We also tried the Masala Dosa. For the first time, every little detail was perfect including the chutnis. Will surely visit much more often. Great taste!!! The service was also quick.”
